Graveyard Security Supervisor Position Overview:

We are seeking a Graveyard Security Supervisor to oversee security operations during overnight shifts at our Bingo Hall. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property while providing leadership to the security team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and direct security personnel during graveyard shifts.
• Conduct routine patrols of the Bingo Hall and surrounding property.
• Enforce rules, addressing infractions such as loitering, smoking, or prohibited items.
• Respond to and manage security incidents, including disturbances and emergencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Report irregularities, including safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious activity.
• Oversee cash handling and drop team responsibilities.
• Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports for management review.
• Train and mentor security staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous security supervisory experience required; casino or gaming environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to stay composed under high-pressure situations.
