Title: Fishing Reel Repair Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time, onsite Reel Repair Technician to join our in-house Tackle Repair Team in Anchorage, AK. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Disassemble, inspect reels for damage and repairs, and reassemble in a timely manner.
- Clean and repair reels per factory specifications.
- Safely use and maintain tools, including power tools and handling of liquids.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication.
- Meticulous record keeping skills and the ability to multitask.
- Update customers on progress and repair needs in a timely manner.
- Assist with other tasks during slower periods as requested or needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a service technician or similar role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as well as receive feedback from others.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent record keeping habits.
- Excellent follow-through and customer follow up skills.
- Willingness to work weekends as/when necessary.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
