- Maintain an orderly office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is functional.
- Assist in time management by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office setting or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks.
- Excellent computer literacy with familiarity in various office software.
- Strong time management skills to handle competing priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or related field are a plus.
