Company Vehicle

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day landscape office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and other communications with potential clients

· Maintain organized filing systems for client records, project documents, and other essential paperwork.

· Assist in the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, and contracts.

· Coordinate scheduling and appointments for landscape bids

· Meet with potential clients, answering landscape questions, taking notes to use on estimates

· Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

· Collaborate with the landscape design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· LMN Will be used to create estimates and will be reviewed before sending off

Base Pay Commission

Job Requirements:

· Ability to learn and navigate company software’s.

· Ability to learn and grow in the lawn & landscape industry.

· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize various tasks when necessary.

· Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all our customers.

· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.)

· Knowledge of the landscape industry is a plus.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Base Commission
