Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to evaluation and optimization. This includes overseeing event marketing, sponsorships, digital outreach, and content creation while leveraging analytics to measure impact. The Marketing Specialist works closely with stakeholders to refine strategies, improve customer engagement, and maximize return on marketing investments. With a blend of creativity and analytical thinking, this role ensures that marketing efforts effectively drive business objectives and industry influence.
As a Marketing Specialist at B&L key responsibilities include the following:
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Manage social media platforms, engaging with audiences and growing online presence.
- Provide and execute the marketing plan for company events/conferences
- Work closely with industry organizations for sponsorships, ad placements, trade shows and conferences
- Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
- Manage the B&L website.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet new business sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent years in job experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google, Analytics, SEO, PPC, CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Constant Contact.
Compensation
- $60,000 - $70,000 base salary
- This is a bonus-eligible role.
- Candidates can expect salary offers that range from the minimum to the midpoint of the salary range.
- B&L provides full pay range so candidates can consider their growth potential.

Additional Details
- This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Bridgman office and allows 2 days per week, work from home.
- This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in and be located in the US.
