Available Positions:
- Helpers – No experience needed! Perfect for those looking to gain hands-on experience in general maintenance and repairs.
- Pay: $15 - $20/hr
- Responsibilities: Assist with maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Help maintain clean and organized work environments.
- Field Techs – Experienced professionals who can work independently and efficiently on maintenance tasks.
- Pay: $16 - $23/hr
- Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs, including troubleshooting electrical issues with tools like an Ohmmeter. Respond to service requests, conduct routine inspections, and document completed work. Maintain effective communication with clients and management.
- Lead Techs – Skilled leaders with the experience to manage teams and handle complex jobs.
- Pay: $18 - $25/hr
- Responsibilities: Lead maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification. Oversee and manage Field Techs and Helpers, ensuring tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs are done efficiently and professionally.
