What are the responsibilities and job description for the EVENING Janitorial Lead position at B&L MAINTENANCE?
B&L Maintenance is looking to hire a responsible individual to take charge and lead others in our janitorial company. We need a lead member, who will work under a supervisor, yet be mature enough to run a team of custodians.
This is a late evening job Monday through Friday. It will start at 4pm and can go until 3 in the morning. There are other leader type duties that will be discussed and trained on; such as checking the buildings each evening, pulling supplies for your team each week, keeping track of day off requests for your team members, etc.
Beyond the regular shift, as a leader you may be requested to fill in for others as well as take on additional work as it comes in.
The team we are looking to add to is a mobile team. The group starts at the office in Wichita Falls and goes in a company truck to various neighboring towns cleaning commercial buildings. We are looking to hire a person with a clean background, valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug test.
