Electromechanical Maintenance - Immediately Hiring

Electromechanical Maintenance is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily production activities, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining the quality of products. This role involves supervising a team of operators, troubleshooting machinery issues, and ensuring timely reporting and planning to meet production targets and optimal operational conditions B&L Mechanical and Consulting, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage production schedules and workflows to meet company objectives and deadlines.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime and maintain optimal operational efficiency.
• Ensure all plant and machinery are regularly serviced and maintained to meet required standards.
• Prepare and manage production reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Plan and organize production schedules based on capacity, workforce, and material availability.
• Supervise and guide a team of operators to ensure adherence to production procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor operator performance and provide training or corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct regular checks and reviews of the production process to maintain product quality.
• Perform any other related duties as required by the production team or management to meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields).
• Proven experience in production engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
