Job Description:

B&L OTT Heating, & Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic HVAC Sales Representative for their Reading, PA location. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain relationships with an assigned client base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

This position would be good for a results driven sales professional, that has the ability to work autonomously, as well as integrate with other teams to deliver outstanding customer results.

Summary:

For nearly three decades, B&L Ott Heating & Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Berks County and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania. Our growth is based on the trust and repeat business of our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin
• Identify new targets and grow client base within assigned territory
• Regularly develop sales skills and product knowledge
• Responsible for scheduling job orders
• Communicate work scopes with installers
• Ensure great client service from the order to the delivery and beyond

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years experience in outside sales, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related industry
• Successful sales experience within the local region
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
