Duties: But Not Limited To Ability to follow instructions from supervisory personnel. Wood framing. Metal stud framing. Hollow metal door and frame installation. Hang door and install hardware. Install millwork trim and cabinets. Drywall and Acoustical Ceiling Systems To receive materials and off load in a safe and proficient fashion.
To assist and guide other to improve their skills and complete tasks Prepare to perform job related assignments at designated start time.
To perform daily tasks in a safe and workman like manner in accordance with company policy and procedure Responsible to secure and maintain all basic tools to perform task
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years with construction experience. Has a valid driver’s license. Has a good driving record. OSHA 10 required, 30 Hour Certified preferred
Skills: Has an in-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes. Understands and applies contractual language and concepts and knows how to best utilize the language and concepts to protect the company and to provide quality service to the client.
Understands building codes and other design requirements to the extent necessary for the project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
