Duties: Including but Not Limited To
- Perform Pre-Construction estimates.
- Perform Pre-Construction project management and active project management.
- Procure project materials being provided by the Company.
- Perform project close out procedures
- Actively involved with the Executive Team in pursuing new work as well as developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.
- Assist in identifying new leads and taking a role in pursuing such leads when appropriate.
- Experience in project management, estimating and preconstruction project management in healthcare, commercial and industrial construction.
- Successfully led or assisted with leading multiple projects simultaneously - healthcare, commercial and industrial.
- Knowledge of the local market construction practices means and methods and buy out strategies.
- Ability to develop conceptual and programmatic estimates quickly off of very little information.
- Ability to maintain and update historical costs.
- Ability to conduct preconstruction team meetings with various disciplines including Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers.
- Ability to identify risk factors regarding contract, insurance, schedule, and safety.
- Advanced working knowledge Excel, On Screen Takeoff Software’s and Microsoft project scheduling software.
- Candidate must be proficient working in Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must be effective oral and written communicator, and a detail-oriented team player.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
