This role is key in creating an exceptional guest experience by managing the front-of-house, coordinating reservations, and handling transactions with efficiency and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
- Manage seating arrangements, reservations, and the waiting list.
- Handle takeout and online orders, ensuring accuracy and smooth handoffs.
- Process payments quickly and accurately using the POS system.
- Assist guests with menu questions, specials, and restaurant services.
- Keep the front-of-house clean, organized, and running efficiently.
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

- Customer-focused and friendly with a passion for hospitality.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage reservations and online orders efficiently.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable; experience with POS systems is a plus, but training is provided.
