Junior Project Manager to assist for Construction Services (Sacramento) Residential , Commercial, Public Works.
A Construction Company in Sacramento seeking positions for Constructions project involving Residential Reconstruction, Public Works, and Commercial Construction.
This job entails working directly with the owner of the company. Dealing with Cres, Subcontractors and schedules on a daily basis .
TASK ARE AS FOLLOWS :
Help with Orders
Help with Daily Schedule
Help with Selections if Needed
Help estimate with preliminary work documents
Monitor Project budget
Monitor project timeline
Finalize Paperwork needed
Stand Inspections at Job Site
Coordinate
Various job duties included, but not limited to : Prepare for upcoming projects, Ordering Materials, Assisting Site Supervisor, Product Selections for Clients, Manage Subcontractors, Maintaining Project Budgets, Enforcing Schedules with crew and Sub Contractors, Scheduling Inspections with Building Department, Provide Client updates, Obtaining subcontractor Bids, Handle Change orders and Supplements.
Requirements :
Must have a clean DMV,
Must be able to pass a drug test,
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be Familiar with all Microsoft applications
Must be familiar with Scheduling software
Must have General Construction Knowledge
