Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Verizon Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology, customer service, and sales. As a representative, you’ll be on the front lines of presenting Verizon’s leading telecommunications solutions to prospective customers. This role combines account management with consultative sales, focusing on building lasting relationships and driving successful outcomes for our clients and Verizon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Account Management: Identify, qualify, and develop new customer accounts by delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their requirements, recommending products or services, and customizing solutions for optimal results.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach to prospective customers through calls, face-to-face interactions, and presentations, showcasing Verizon’s products and value propositions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty to the Verizon brand.
  • Market Insights & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, Verizon's latest offerings, and competitors to provide strategic recommendations to clients and seize new opportunities.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets. Document interactions and outcomes in CRM software for tracking and strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in telecommunications or a related industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes: Motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
