Job Description
- Repairing, installing and maintaining parts of equipment and CNC machines
- Hydraulic, pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Modify programming of robots and related equipment, such as robot controllers and programmable controllers
- Diagnosing & Repairing CNC machines ; Observe machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction
- Perform preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer's specifications
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments
- Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience with reading mechanical drawings (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatic)
- Experience with Power & Diagnostic Tools
- Strong mechanical background (5 years of experience)
- Experience with PLC (e.g., industrial maintenance, computer control systems, etc.)
- Experience with schematics (e.g., electrical blueprints with switches, starters, maps, relays)
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (pinpointing and fixing breakdowns)
- High School Diploma and relevant work experience
- Pass a drug test; Pass a criminal background check
Working hours are Monday -Thursday 7:30 am-5:00 pm & Friday 7:30 am-11:30 am
Starting wage is determined by experience
