Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Oversee parts room management to optimize storage space and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for necessary supplies and equipment.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance schedules and inventory levels.
- Ensure accurate pricing strategies are implemented for products and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within supply chain management or logistics.
