Incumbent Project Manager (STS Airport)
BOS Security is currently seeking applicants from existing personnel performing Screening Manager services at Sonoma County Airport (STS).

The Opportunity:
The Screening Services Project Manager oversees Airport Passenger & Baggage Screening Operations at STS, including Passenger, Checked Baggage, and Layered Security Screening. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Federal Services or their designee on security-related matters. The Project Manager directs the screening staff to ensure compliance with TSA’s Checkpoint/Checked Baggage SOPs.
- Develop and implement screening procedures in compliance with TSA regulations.
- Oversee management and training of screening staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate screening operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for screening services.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of screening activities and incidents.
Requirements:
Current Role at Sonoma County Airport (STS)
At least 5 years of management experience in aviation security, airport operations, or personnel security services.
