Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to determine their needs.
- Manage point-of-sale processes, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, thereby maintaining the brand's reputation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and availability to provide relevant information to customers.
- Setting up displays that effectively catch the customer’s eye.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to improve sales and customer service skills.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Salary : $850 - $3,000
