Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with fuel purchases and other services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station premises, including fueling areas and convenience store.
- Provide product demonstrations and promote additional items to enhance customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
