We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Program Manager to lead the execution of a large-scale government contract. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities and ensure the successful delivery of services within scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the full scope of the contract, ensuring compliance with PWS.
Serve as the primary liaison with government stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Manage complex projects with multiple labor categories and stakeholders.
Develop, monitor, and control project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Implement and oversee effective risk management strategies.
Lead change management initiatives, including identifying and controlling scope changes.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met in accordance with contractual obligations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience.
At least 5 years in a senior project management role leading complex, large-scale projects.
Demonstrated experience managing government contracts exceeding $10 million in value.
Proven experience with:
Leading projects involving multiple subcontractors and labor categories.
Stakeholder engagement and management.
Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Change control and implementation of change management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with federal government agencies and contract regulations.
