Job Title: Parts Removal Technician
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Parts Puller to join our team. The Parts Puller plays a crucial role in our operations by retrieving parts from vehicles in our yard as requested by customers. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Review job orders and locate the requested parts in our inventory system.
· Use proper tools and techniques to safely and efficiently remove parts from vehicles in the yard.
· Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet product specifications.
· Maintain accurate records of parts pulled and update inventory system accordingly.
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of orders.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
· Immediately reports all spills of pollutants, hazardous materials and fluids to a Supervisor and cleans up spills according to environmental requirements and company policies.
· Keep work area clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety.
· Assist with other duties in the yard as needed.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in automotive repair, dismantling, or related field preferred.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems and components.
· Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and retrieve specific parts from vehicles.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Salary: $12-13 an hour plus Paid on Performance (POP). The sky’s the limit for income potential!
