Qualifications:
Required:
High School diploma or GED
1 years of sales experience (inside sales, retail, or automotive a plus)
1 years of customer service experience
Strong phone presence with experience handling high call volumes
Comfortable using computers and CRM software
Preferred:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Additional experience in automotive parts or service sales
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and point-of-sale systems
Compensation:
$18.00 hour - commission (total earnings depend on performance)
