Your Mission: In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in our warehouse's success by overseeing daily operations and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow. You'll ensure that every task is completed to high standards, upholding safety protocols, and showcasing your organizational skills. You’ll work closely with the management team to keep our operations on track, adhering to policies and procedures through regular meetings, walk-throughs, and audits.
Responsibilities:
- Lead with precision, overseeing daily warehouse operations and inspiring our team to greatness.
- Streamline processes for maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with team members and suppliers to fuel business growth.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or production environment is highly preferred.
- Valuable insights into optimizing processes, managing resources, and leading teams effectively in a fast-paced setting.

We are continuously looking at ways to better the environmental impact on our industry by researching and using the newest technology.
Salary: $16.00 - 18.00 per hour
