Description:
- Must be skilled, trained, and qualified to operate medium to large Excavators (John Deere 350LC Excavator/Cat 349)
- Must have at least 1 year of experience.
- Must have experience digging ponds.
- Must have experience loading trucks.
- Must be able to pass a field test demonstrating your operating skillset.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating excavators and related equipment.
- Familiarity with excavation techniques and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
