As the Lead Groundskeeper, you will be instrumental in maintaining the landscape and grounds of our organization. With core skills in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and general maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and appearance of our outdoor areas. Your premium skill in irrigation will be essential for managing watering systems efficiently. Additionally, your relevant skills in lawn care, landscaping, and gardening will be valuable in executing your duties effectively. Lead our team and contribute to creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Qualifications:
-Landscape maintenance experience
- Groundskeeping knowledge
- Maintenance skills
- Proficiency in irrigation systems
- Lawn care expertise
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Must have a clean MVR
-Must pass a background check
Responsibilities:
-Supervising: Lead and direct groundskeepers, assigning tasks and preparing work schedules
-Maintaining: Mowing, weed eating, trimming, edging, cleaning gutters, garbage/ debris pick up and pressure washing.
-Scheduling: Set schedules for mowing, watering, planting, sweeping, etc.
Schedule is M-F 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. but may require additional hours and weekends.
