Our established PE client is looking for an Interim CFO to serve as a strategic business partner and financial leader for one of their portfolio companies. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance executive with a proven track record in manufacturing and/or e-commerce to make an immediate impact on a well known industry brand.
The Interim CFO will work hand-in-hand with the private equity firm’s operating partner and serve as a strategic partner to the company’s CEO. They will provide essential financial leadership and quickly step into action to help drive the company’s financial turnaround, supporting the execution of a newly implemented business model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial leadership and support for key strategic initiatives, including growth planning, margin improvement, and working capital management.
- Oversee and optimize the FP&A process, cash flow management, and improve data analytics for decision making purposes
- Drive process improvements across financial operations, including manufacturing cost controls and e-commerce platform profitability.
- Assess and strengthen the financial systems, reporting tools, and team capabilities
- Collaborate on M&A, exit readiness, or refinancing strategies as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience in a turn-around environment; private equity experience is preferred.
- Strong background in manufacturing operations and e-commerce.
- Expertise in scaling operations, driving profitability, and collaborating with high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex financial challenges in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, investor reporting, and PE metrics (EBITDA, ROI, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- CPA designation is good to have but not a necessity
