B&S Integrated Security Systems is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will focus on customer service, both dealing directly with customers and working on internal process improvements.

This is a full-time position with potential for growth. The role will be focused on the customer experience by ensuring responsibilities and commitments are kept, projects start and finish according to plan, customer communication is maintained and that the business continually develops processes and tools to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and coordinate various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, ensuring quality management, and driving change management initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned projects, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Manage project details such as material procurement and resource scheduling.
- Work effectively with Divisional Managers and Sales Manager ensuring commitments are met.
- Understand customer needs and objectives, then assist with translating them into project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources needed to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Manage day-to-day project activities, monitoring progress and performance against project plans, and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact project success, developing mitigation plans to address them.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, coordinating efforts to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels throughout the project lifecycle, taking action to address any concerns.
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in customer service, project management, or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
