Supervisor and Junior Housekeeper / Office Cleaning urgent hire

Our company seeks an Office Cleaner to clean and sanitize our commercial building. The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, dusting, maintenance, vacuuming, and other custodial duties. We are looking for hardworking individuals to implement a high standard of cleanliness for our office. You will work on a team of office cleaners following instructions from your supervisor, and staying on-task is key.

Locations:

• Godfrey, IL
• East Alton, IL
• West Alton, MO
• Winfield, MO
• Clarksville, MO

South Teams shifts are

• Godfrey, IL: 1 day a week of a 2-hour shift
• East Alton, IL: 1 day a week of a 5-hour shift
• West Alton, MO: 1 day a week of a 5-hour shift

North Teams shifts are 2 days a week of 2 hours shift

• Winfield, MO: 2 days of 2.5-hour shifts = 5 hours total per week.
• Clarksville, MO: 1 day a week of a 4 hour shift

Shift Description:

• Year-round Day shifts -
• full pay even if work is completed before the time allotted.
• flexible schedule but expected to maintain a similar day as a routine

• * Must have Housekeeping or similar cleaning experience*
• * 1-year minimum experience, Office Space and park cleaning

Recurring Cleaning Staffer

• All equipment will be supplied.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Hard work is appreciated, and you will be provided with an environment of respect and trust.
• We are looking to start this week.
• Must have reliable transportation to site (own car)
• Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)
• A high standard for cleanliness
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Time-management skills
• Physical stamina
• Able to pass a background check/drug screening

Duties include:

• Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and bathrooms
• Sweep, mop, hardwood floors as needed
• Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture
• Dust and polish various surfaces
• Restock bathrooms with supplies
• Empty trash bins
• Keep track of the cleaning schedule

Please provide covid vaccine proof. and depending on on-site management instructed safety requirements masks may or may not be required.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
