Summary :
The Graphic Designer position is responsible for designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you should be a self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas and show amazing attention to detail. Due to the nature of retail sales, this career path can be deadline-intensive and may require overtime. This is a Full Time In Office position. Approximately 40 hours a week Mon-Thurs 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm & Fri 8 : 00am - 12 : 00pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create compelling digital assets for website, social media, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
- Develop web pages, brochures, logos, signs, sales catalogs, training materials, advertisements, and other communication materials.
- Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image and submit for approval.
- Produce drafts for review by the Marketing Manager and others on the leadership team; make revisions based on the feedback received.
- Review final productions for error and ensure the final copy reflects the desired result before submitting for final approval.
- Create the materials by using technology, including computer software programs such as Adobe’s Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend based on data.
- Collaborate with internal teams on event promotion and creations.
- Other duties as assigned.

This position is in a standard office environment with desktop business equipment. The noise level is moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly sitting for long periods of time and must constantly use hands, arms, and fingers. Frequent hearing and talking is required. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers; extensive keyboard typing is required. Occasional lifting of boxes with materials.
