What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/Landscaper position at B Smart Enterprises, LLC?

Responsible for the following duties:

Changing liners in 30 trash cans.

Picking up trash on property.

Landscaping clean up

Trimming, cutting, raking, blowing vegetation throughout property.

Must have own truck, license and insurance.

Salary : $2,500
