Duties
- Engage with potential clients through various channels, including telemarketing and outside sales efforts.
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and record-keeping of client interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current in the industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage in serving a wider client base.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and sales administration processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance are beneficial but not required.
