- ***Must have experience in CCC – Central Review, CCC Scorecards & Advisor***
- Manage the CCC Change Request tool with each locations estimating staff
- Help maintain up to date Accounts Receivables
- Review auto body repair plans from damage assessment writers to identify missing labor operations, procedures, and necessary repairs.
- Verify that all parts, materials, and labor hours are accurate on repair plan.
- Ensure repair plans align with all industry standards and insurance expectations
- Partner with Damage Assessment Writers, Estimators and Store Managers to clarify and rectify any discrepancies or missing information.
- Familiar with CCC and Mitchell estimating software
- Knowledge of DRP requirements, processes, and procedures
- Proficient in change requests from CCC and Mitchell Connect
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, labor procedures, and repair techniques
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Experience in Collision, insurance Industry or related field (5-10 years’ experience)
- In-depth understanding of auto body repair procedures, labor operations, and industry-standard estimating guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Adaptability to changing processes
