An Parts Ordering Specialist at B Street Collision is unlike a traditional ordering specialist! :
- Use skills pulling from inventory control and account management to reach your goals
- Utilize parts ordering software
- Work with venders to ensure timely delivery of quality automotive / autobody parts
- Ensuring part orders contain manufactured only autobody parts
- Negotiate competitive parts pricing
- Utilize a variety of management systems
- Ensuring overall gross profit for jobs that have been have been completed
- Work within a fast paced team environment
- Spend time training in both invoice management and Parts Ordering to ensure you are set up for success and fully understand all facets of the department
Here are our non-negotiables:
- Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
- Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
- Computer savvy
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
- Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
