Responsible for leading a team and maintaining the cleanliness of the building.
This position is 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
$18.00 per hour.

Duties include but not limited to:
- Conduct end-of-shift inspections of work areas to ensure high quality standards.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways and break rooms.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a team setting.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and move about.
