Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at B&T USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, drive traffic to our website, dealers, and increase general awareness of our products. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends along with best practices. An understanding of video editing experience is beneficial, as content will be posted on multiple platforms and creating / reposting video-based content with different formatting requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, drive traffic to our website, dealers, and increase general awareness of our products.
- Increase participation and revenue via social media across multiple platforms.
- Monitor all comments and messages on behalf of B&T's social media pages.
- Conceptualize and produce quality social content on all pages for the purpose of inciting engagement and social inquiries.
- Report on monthly metrics.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand guidelines.
- Oversee content production, collaborate with design and marketing teams for multi-platform campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and refine social media strategies to improve performance and engagement.
- Cultivate online engagement by encouraging participation, driving brand growth, and increasing follower interaction.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging opportunities to enhance the company's digital footprint.
- Partner with internal teams for integrated marketing initiatives (e.g., email campaigns, landing pages).
- Maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms.
- Identify content gaps and recommend new ideas to meet the needs of our audience and clients.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback; direct engagement that is not responded to promptly for inquiries and comments to the correct internal individuals.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe tools
- Analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns; prepare reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates.
- Ensure all content is proofread for accuracy and aligns with brand guidelines before publication.
- Build relationships with influencers and engage in public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.
