Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at B-Town Vapes and Glass. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for retail sales, particularly within a vape store environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their needs, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support during their shopping experience.
• Assist in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Supervise and train new staff members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or vape store environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in upselling and collaboration sales techniques is a plus.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock management.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
