As a Vape Shop Sales Associate at B-Town Vapes & Glass, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing knowledgeable assistance and support. This position is essential for driving sales and ensuring that our customers find the right products to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register.
- Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and managing stock levels.
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or orders.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Other Tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
