Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons at our venue. This role requires strong conflict management skills, the ability to assess situations quickly, and a commitment to upholding the venue's policies and regulations.

Duties

• Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Conduct ID checks to verify the age of patrons entering the venue.
• Manage crowd control and maintain order during events and peak hours.
• Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict resolution skills.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle serious situations.
• Perform regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems.
• Assist in loss prevention by identifying potential theft or misconduct.
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods and respond swiftly to incidents.
• A militarized background is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
