What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Accounts Receivable position at B & W Paving & Landscaping?
Looking for a team player with a high level of organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a project management team to meet all required billing deadlines. Position will interact with customers, accounting, project managers, project engineers, etc. Should be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Minimum 2 years Construction experience. AIA billing experience required. Acumatica experience a plus.
Duties include:
Creating timely and accurate customer invoices – from schedule of value
Monitoring payments to insure proper receipt application.
Resolving discrepancies between customer payments and invoices.
Handling customer inquiries.
Verifying documentation required to be sent with invoicing.
Creating Accounts Receivable and Timely Collection reports.
Reconciling Accounts Receivable to the General Ledger.
