Job Title : Plant Maintenance Technician III
Department : Plant Ops Maintenance and Repair
Reports To : Plant Maintenance Manger
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Completion of all work orders via CMMS
- Perform both emergency and corrective action repairs.
- Prepares both building and processing equipment for season start-up and shut down.
- Be able to work a minimum of six days per week and 12 hours per day. Weekend work is required.
- Read equipment O&M manuals and electrical schematics.
- Assist with operational support on equipment and coordinates parts and repairs with the Maintenance Coordinator.
- Train personnel in the correct manner to perform and complete daily, monthly quarterly, semi-annual and annual PM’s.
- Fabricate material and come up with corrective solutions to resolve problems.
- Maintain communication with Maintenance Manager, Plant Managers, Operations Supervisors and Maintenance Coordinator.
- Supervises and manages time effectively with no supervision.
