We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements for efficiency and performance.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions using AWS.
- Develop scripts and automation tools using Python to streamline processes.
- Support software development projects by applying knowledge of SDLC principles.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting on various platforms, including Linux and Windows.
- Maintain documentation of technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to clients on new technologies and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, and databases.
- Experience with SQL for database management and queries.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
- Knowledge of operating systems including Linux and Windows environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
