About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor in Consumer & Small Business Banking as part of CSBB Operations. In this role, you will: Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature Receive, log, batch, and distribute work File, photocopy, and answer phones Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles Work under close supervision following established procedures Verify customer cash deposits through a large cash sorting machine Work under close supervision following established stringent procedures Required Qualifications: 6 months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6 months of cash handling experience 10-key numerical data entry experience Ability to achieve high production and quality standards Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Job Expectations: Training: (on the job training) Schedule: Monday-Friday 5 am - 1:30 pm or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs) Standing up to 6 to 8 hours or more Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/cash vault (lifting and pulling) Must have the ability to work additional hours as needed This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location: 333 S Hope St D-100 LOS ANGELES, CA 90071(Selected candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this location and must be able to work on-site at the posted location ) Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
