About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate in FX Investigations as a part of Corporate Investment Banking. The Institutional Investment Operations Associate will be responsible for the management of Risk, Service Quality and Process Improvement working closely with the FX Business, FX Operations, Technology, Process Review & Enhancement (PRE) and the Product & Strategic Delivery teams. In this role, you will: Ownership of a portfolio of FX Investigation cases requiring investigation, follow up through to resolution. Day to day management of risk ensuring the overall number of allocated cases are kept at acceptable tolerances and higher risk items (e.g. large dollar amounts, debits and/or aged breaks) are resolved quickly. Performing root cause analysis that leads to recommendations for process improvements that mitigate risk, enhance client experience, and improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: 6 months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 6 months plus experience in Operations Experience in FX Wires Operations and/or FX Investigations Degree in Finance, Management, Accounting and/or Economics Strong Business Writing and Communication Skills Ability to work across multiple work streams to analyze business processes to determine appropriate solutions Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule Candidates must be willing to work additional hours as needed Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Location: 1525 W WT Harris Blvd. Charlotte, NC This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
