B19 Consulting, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Civil/Transportation to take the lead in shaping the future of our transportation division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our projects while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Ideal skillset of the Director of Civil/Transportation:
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, inspiring them to achieve their goals while maintaining a focus on project success.
- Transportation Expertise: Strong understanding of transportation engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory standards.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Minimum 15 years of experience in civil/transportation engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience working with IDOT is essential.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois (required).
- Proven track record of success in leading transportation engineering projects.
