Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support patients with mobility and transportation within the facility.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene protocols.
- Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to medical-surgical care.
Requirements
