Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in resolving billing discrepancies. Coordinate customer returns, ensuring smooth processing, tracking, and timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and finance) to optimize return handling and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, returns, and communications with clients.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in accounts receivable or finance-related roles.
Strong communication skills for customer interactions and internal collaboration.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
