Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our B2B sales team. This role plays a vital part in managing client relationships, processing orders, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales operations, procurement processes, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Sales Support & Order Processing:
- Assist sales representatives with quotations, pricing, product information and invoicing.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely delivery utilizing our CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of sales quotes, transactions and customer interactions.
✅ Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, inquiries, and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients.
- Address customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
✅ Administrative & CRM Management:
- Manage and update customer databases (CRM systems).
- Generate sales reports on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Assist in maintaining sales materials and documenting processes and proceedures.
✅ Coordination & Collaboration:
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure inventory availability.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for accurate order fulfillment.
- Support marketing efforts related to promotions and product launches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software products and services related to the industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in account management and direct sales techniques.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and customer information.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point.
