Key Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a hands-on product management role.

Experience working for a B2B2C SaaS company is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to and execute the product feature roadmap and align priorities with business development, delivery, design, and account management.
Work with delivery, design, and operations to analyze results and synthesize actionable findings.
Write clear and concise product requirements that capture the vision, goals, and critical elements of new products and features.
Assume accountability for the outcome of the features you deliver and own them from ideation through support and end-of-life.
Cooperatively develop strategies that can be leveraged by account management to measure and assess the health, utilization, and ROI of your features and products.
Work cross-functionally across teams (Sales, Account Management, Delivery) to communicate product requirements and deliver features, striving for the best customer experience and with a willingness to make intelligent compromises as necessary.
Evangelize your features and products in an authentic way that encourages change in customers and end-users.
Be an expert on the competitive landscape and propose new ways to innovate.
Initiate, coordinate, and review launch activities and deliverables for new features in conjunction with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management.
About the Role:
We re seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Product Manager to join the Product Management team at B2B Soft. You will contribute to the product strategy, development, and launch of new experiences that enable an international portfolio of customers to have greater reach of their wireless distribution and better store profitability and customer experiences.
As a member of the Product Management team, you ll sit at the intersection of Product, Delivery, Sales, and Account Management and help define the next generation of telco retail experiences at B2B Soft. You ll cultivate a deep understanding of our customer base and the industry we serve and will represent the voice of our customers and users when defining product requirements and technical specifications.
As an ideal candidate, you re an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail and have prior experience in product management and development for a B2B2C software company focused on the retail technology or payment processing space. Specifically, you have experience defining, driving, and launching features/products from 0-1 with measurable results. You re organized and process-oriented and are passionate about employing your skills toward building scalable software that directly addresses the needs of both enterprises and SMB retailers.
