Requirements:
- National Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia (NBCRNA)
- Active Illinois license or in process of obtaining license at time of submission
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- Spinal Anesthesia and Neurosurgical Anesthesia experience
- Ability to work Ortho Neuro and Endoscopy cases
