Requirements
- Education
- Mastery degree in Nursing - REQUIRED.
- Experience
- Minimum five years of experience required, preferably in long-term care.
- Licensure and Certification
- Active PA License - REQUIRED, BLS CDS DEA - REQUIRED, Board Certified by ANCC or AANP - REQUIRED, and certification as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority required.
- Additional Qualifications
- A minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly population strongly preferred, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation.
